Upon completion of Step 1, the authors are required to proceed with the submission of the final camera-ready version of the accepted manuscript. The detailed instructions for the preparation of the final camera-ready paper are given below:

PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF CAMERA-READY PAPERS (Step 2)

I. TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE REVIEWERS' RECOMMENDATIONS IN PREPARING THE FINAL VERSION OF YOUR PAPER.

The final camera-ready version of your paper should account for all the reviewers’ feedback. All authors must agree to the final version. Check carefully that the authors’ names and affiliations are correct in the PDF file of your paper. Check also that the list of authors is correct in the EDAS platform, as we will use metadata from this platform to produce the author index of the conference proceedings.

II. CONFIRM THAT YOUR PAPER IS PROPERLY FORMATTED.

A. Papers must be written in English and formatted following the standard IEEE double-column conference template (US letter size) available from:

http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

B. Your paper should not include any header or footer information (e.g., page numbers) in the top/bottom margins. If your paper has been prepared using Microsoft Word, please ensure that you have used the most current version, which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.

C. Include the appropriate copyright clearance code notice on the bottom of the first page of your paper:

a) For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

b) For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-7100-8/22/$31.00 ©2022 Crown c) For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-7100-8/22/$31.00©2022 European Union

d) For all other papers, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-7100-8/22/$31.00 ©2022 IEEE Latex users belonging to the category in (d) can directly add the following lines just before \begin(document) for the copyright notice to show up: \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{ 978-1-6654-7100-8/22/\$31.00~\copyright~2022~IEEE \hfill} \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }}

MSWord users can use: Insert Text box, insert the appropriate copyright notice in the textbox, and place the box (without border) at the bottom left on the first page.

Check the compatibility of your PDF file in the IEEE PDFeXpress application using the link:

This tool will also let you create IEEE Xplore-compliant PDFs.

A. First-time users should register themselves with the conference ID: 55242X

Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

B. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

The most common error found in files that fail to meet IEEE Xplore® compliance requirements is the failure to embed all fonts.

Submit the IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF file of your camera-ready paper (with the same name generated from PDF eXpress) on EDAS using the following link:

https://edas.info/index.php?c=29624

A. Go to the EDAS entry of your paper.

B. Locate the Paper Options row and click on the upload button under the final manuscript column.

C. Browse for the IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF file of your camera-ready paper and click on the Upload button.

==========================

In order to have your paper published in the conference proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore, you need to transfer a copyright form for each paper that you have accepted at the conference.

Following the recent policies of the IEEE concerning the transfer of ownership rights of intellectual property to IEEE, we have enabled the submission of copyright forms using the electronic copyright form (eCF) tool of the IEEE. Follow the instructions below to submit your copyright form using the eCF. Make sure that you mention a complete list of authors' names in the copyright form.

A. Go to the EDAS entry of your paper.

B. Locate the Paper Options row and click on the record copyright form under the copyright column.

The above information will be updated soon on the official conference website:
